interior lighting help!

so ive seen pictures of guys on here who have put really bright led's into their overhead lights (the ones you turn on when you cant see shit in your car lol) and i was just wondering how they got those plastice pieces off to change the bulbs? ive tried searching but i suck ass at that so i figured i just ask. if anyone knows anything let me know cause i wanna do this asap thanks!

if you look closely there is a screwdriver pry slot in the lens.. insert a small screwdriver and carefully lift it out of the housing.
