k20a3 with 6 speed tranny and a2 head?

Im from germany and have a question (sorry 4 my bad english)
i will swap a k20a3 engine into my EM2
And i have a k20a2 head and tranny an i will put it on my k20a3
will be work it? (i know the a3 has lower rpm and comprission)

Honestly you should either save for the full a2 (best benifits less headache) or just drop in a six speed to the a3. the a3 is still a great motor, and is even better for bossting than the a2 will ever be BECAUSE of its lower compression. and k-pro will add to the excitment as well as upping the rev limit so your not restricted to the stock 7200 (being liberal with it of course) were it me i would use the a3 throw a turbo on it and it will produce much better numbers than swapping a a2 head on it just my opinion

No need to fab any mounts they are commercially available, No new header required but advisable the stock header will work with a custom downpipe, and the original A3 harness will work fine(as long as it is a EP3 K20A3 harness, the base RSX only requires swapping of wires on the TPS plug) it still isnt really plug and play, but fairly close and any decent mechanic worth his salt can figure it out...........

Really Doug? You can bolt a A3 right into a EM2? I thought they came stock with a single cam? I should have did that with my A3 I had lying around.

I was in the process of rewording my post, everything is easily sourced to do the swap. IIRC the entire subframe will swap over.

A k20a2 swap into a EM2 is in germany illigal because the emmession of the engnie...the d17 has better emmession.I need "tüv" to drive in germany .... no "tüv" no driving.And the k20a3 has the same emmessionen.I use the k20a3 to becomme "tüv" and after i have "tüv" i will upgrade to a A2.You understand me?

How much Horsepower make a k20a2 head swap and work vtec correctly?
Or gives a better head to swap?

MY k20a2 engine parts:
A2 block,A2 crank and the Cylinderhead

I can buy new pistons and rods and built me the k20a2 what would you diong? k20a3 with head swap or build the A2

I want to build the A3 engine because the A2 block have more kilometers but i will build the A2 because the A2 have the oil squirtes.Can i used the water pump and the timing chain from the a3 on the a2?

you can use the timing chain and water pump on the A2 but the A3 water pump lacks the nossle that goes to the oil warmer / cooler thingy on the block lol - umm yeah it will work fine. just have to not use that oil warmer / cooler thingy lol

forget the A2 head on the A3. Slap a Z1 head on the A3 block and use the PNF ECU =]

And can i use the valve cover and all sensor (knock sensor) from the a3 on the a2?
