Here it is without the Vinyl leatherette.

I will be adding a Sub into the rear floor and moving the battery from the spare tire well to behind the drivers seat. Today I took the seats and carpet out and will clean and remove the factory insulation and apply Chassis Saver and then LizardSkin sound and heat shield, then apply a bedliner to the floor.

Just what trippy said. How much weight is back their Doug? I know you got that beast under your hood but still.

That weighs less than the original seat and spare tire cover and carpet. It is 3/16" Luan laminated to 3/4" blue foam. The spare tire well cover is strong enough for a person to stand on and not cave it in. These are just a prototype build, I plan on reducing the thickness of the foam to 1/2" with 1/8" LitePly laminated top and bottom with epoxy, glas cloth, CF and vacuum bagging to produce an cover that is as light, stronger, and that incorporates a sub box(minus the actual weight of the sub itself).

Just have to finish the corrosion repairs and then the LizardSkin install. http://www.ephatch.com/forum/showthread.php?55895-New-Interior
