Modified K24A2 Coolant Outlet

Well this didnt survive the last debacle either...

I have been coating almost all the ancillary components in either satin or gloss black. Seeing I am running a Z3 head on my A2, I took the stock K24A2 coolant outlet, cleaned the casting, smoothed it out, drilled and tapped for an AN fitting for the heater line and then DuraCoated it.

Installed, I have a custom engine harness I am putting together to tidy everything up much better.

That's pretty cool, do you have a machine shop in your garage? I couldn't make this come out this nicely without a drill press and a mill.

I have access to a complete machine shop as well as a CNC shop, but the only part that was done by machine was using a right angle grinder to remove material and then a drill to properly drill the hole for the AN fitting, everything else was done by hand.

Not everything I make is for sale......

Looking at the installed pic, I think I need to find a complete used A2 engine harness and create a leaner, neater harness.
