Guys I have an issue, and cannot seem to fix it. I am using a tsx fuel rail with rc 750's, and I believe there is fuel leaking out one, or more injectors. I believe its coming from the top, not where the injectors go into the jrsc manifold. I have reassembled it several times, fuel rail sits tight with spacers. Replaced the O rings as well.

Anybody have any ideas to solve the problem? Not looking to buy a new fuel rail. I have tried the stock ep but cannot get it to fit properly.

Thanks much.

I had to remove the plastic cover off the dampner and slot the rail mounts, then the EP rail fit just fine. The pics are with modded 270cc's.

You will likely need different spacers than what i used, but as long as the injectors 'bottom out' in the rail and the 'gap' (seen at the base of the injector at the manifold) in pic 5 is present after everything is buttoned up... then you shouldnt have any leaks.

You are oiling up the o-rings before you install the injectors? It makes it much easier to install the rail with the injectors pre-installed as one unit.

Thanks Dave, I'm going to see if I can do something like that. I'm using the tsx fuel rail without dampner, just easier install, and also oiling the o rings.

Sounds like a logical cause, a similar problem occurs when the RBC mani is used due to a ever so slight difference in fuel rail stud/boss locations.

Also make sure the cups the injectors sit in on the fuel rail are round and not ovaled. A buddy had dropped his fuel rail and had slightly bent the cup and it was enough to form a spot where the fuel could seep by.

hope you get it figured out man, back when i had the RBC i had trouble getting them seated. Now with the JRSC the rail sits almost at the top of the studs

I switched the injectors around several days ago, and I am pretty sure I singled where its coming from on the fuel rail, it appears to be only one. So maybe it does have something to do with the hole. Going to take a closer look at it this weekend.
