serious help needed!!

Pretty sure im in the right place for this question. So the other day i was going to check on my spark plugs. Gone a really long time w/o changing them so wth. I go to unscrew the bolts on on the manifold cover and one of them seems to be cross threaded. It just keeps going and going and does not go anywhere, loosening or tightening. Is there anything to fix this or am i f***ed for life now???

You could try pulling up while trying to unthread the nut.

Hmmm didn't think of that. Simple but genious. Always can count on you. Read a lot of your thread and you know your sh**.

you'll have to replace the threaded screw that comes out of the head...When i painted my valve cover i think i over tightened all the screws so i'll prob have to replace all of them...sucks..
