In my last Civic (EK) I put 70,000 Kms (50,000 miles?) in about a year. (then sold it to a dude from Rochester NY)

Trips included:

-Carlisle (Penn)
-Darknights (Toronto)
-Chicago (Family Wedding)
-DC area after Sept 11 (babysitting for cousin who attended funerals of two college friends)
-Lake Placid about 6 times
-Toronto Twice
-Detroit (for the International Autoshow)

Dang!:p I think I know why you have so many miles. It's because you live in freakin Atlanta.;)

I bought mine on June 10th and she has 11k miles. I travel 60 miles everyday to work and back. Also it takes me an hour to get there and home. D@mn traffic!!:(

ahh, the curse of urban sprawl.

I drive 35 miles to work, then 35 miles to my g/f's house, and then 35 miles home. EVERY DAY. If my gf's house was on the way to my house, it wouldn't be so bad. And i'm lucky if i ge to my g/f's house and she doesn't want to go anywhere. usually she does, and that's another 20-30 miles right there.

=\ that's part of why i accelerate all the maintenance schedules for my car. at least it's mostly highway miles.
