So I want to install an Entourage GPS tracker as I will now be leaving my car in less reputable areas of town. I want to connect it to a constant power supply and ground that is less obvious. Any suggestions? If there isnt a better location then which line in the center console has constant power? I just dont want it to touch the steering column and be super obvious.

Thank you

You could tap it directly off the steering column. The thick white wire is the constant 12v off the ignition harness. The ground you could pretty much grab anywhere.

Where will it be placed in the car?

I was hoping for the rear speaker area. If that was not as easy as it seemed then the front passenger side under the plastic. If necessary I could run a wire from the battery to the unit and then ground to the parking brake negative for my AVIC. I could also scrub a bolt in the rear like I would for an amp and run it there.

The only thng back there with constant 12V even remotely close is the rear dome light. A good gtoundpoint back there is the top of the strut tower, the best ground point for audio FYI is the bolt for the child seat strap in the hatch.
