o2 sensor problem part 2

I posted up before stating that my o2 sensor wasn't reading correctly and was stuck in lean. Well under the advice of everyone I've talked to I replaced my o2 sensor. I was excited to get rid of my cel. I fire up kpro, and its still doing the same thing. Read consitantly in the 20 to 30's to 1. I'm not sure what my next step is to check. Any ideas?

No, I can't get it tunned until I fix the problem. But at 30:1 the motor would blow, and all I can smell is gas because the computer thinks the car is lean.
