Hey everyone

I'm looking to get an ep3 really soon so I decided to drop by ephatch to check out everyone else's ep3 and see if there are some things I should look out for when looking/test driving an ep3

Just your basic stuff, pay attention the the "H" in the steering wheel and that it's 100% up and down when you're driving in a straight line, anywhere for rust, if you hear a whistle in a certain gear (mine is fourth) its pretty normal, nothing to be scared of its just something weird that happens. Umm physically, 02-03 have better taillights, 04-05 have better headlights, five lug in stead of four (like the 02-03 model), comes with side skirts, both have pretty much the same exact stuff.

Yeah, I noticed about the 4 lugs and the 5 lugs. I found an 04 that is considerably decent and I think I can lower it even more considering there is a dent on the fender. I like the fully red taillights like the 02-03 models but you can change the 04-05 model taillights correct?

Yeah, theres a DIY on here somewhere I think but from what I remember its just swapping out the plugs.

Don't forget to mention the plastic engine bay trim piece's on the side that the 04/05's have. They also have the felt like rear fender lining material as well.
