ya i know everyone says don't do the swap but i got the head for cheap and i am building my a3 block. i currently have a revhard turbo kit putting down 261whp and 227wtq. i am building my block before i do anything else. okay my question, what do i have to do to swap the a2 head on to my a3 block as in modifications. drilling, cutting, grinding? as far as i understand no mods are needed.

For a FI application a A2 head swap is great, a real true power adder with a turbo.

No mods required at all, EXCEPT that you will need Kpro at this point.

You will need to run an RBC intake manifold or deal with the extra coolant port that is not covered with a PRB manifold. When i had a TSX head, i tapped it and routed the coolant back into the T-state housing.

No sense in not using the RBC mani anyways.
