When you disable closed loop, the ECU will ignore the primary O2 sensor data and run blindly off the fuel tables. Unless you've tuned your fuel tables to perfection and know exactly what you're doing, don't disable closed loop.

P0134 means your primary O2 sensor is not reading correctly. Check the wires and sensor, you may have to replace the sensor. Do it the right way and save yourself the headache of engine damage down the road.

so i should not disable the o2 sensor..?
if my o2 sensor is already bad would it make a differance if i disabled..?
when i dont disable it i feel like the car pulles back at a pattern while crusing..
and when i disable it cel goes off but it doesnt run as nice as it should...
so should i get tunned..?can i save the money of the o2 and put it toward tunning..what would you do..?

You need a working O2 sensor to properly tune a car. Check/replace it and get your car working properly before you try to get it tuned, or you're wasting your money. Running on a bad O2 sensor or on improperly tuned fuel tables can damage your engine over a long period of time.
