Hey everyone. I have a question about a wastgate. I need a v band wastegate and I'm building a motor for 600HP. The turbo I have is a precision 67mm billet. Its on the peakboost manifold. My question is which size WG and spring should I get. I know its gonna be a lot of boost. Thanks a lot.

a 44mm gate should be good.. im not sure but i think u can fit a 60mm on there too in which case u can see tial for that

I don't think that you can use the 60mm without welding on a new connection. I think the Peakboost manifold is meant to use a 44mm wastegate, which should be just fine for 600hp. I have TiAL v44 and it fits perfect on my Peakboost manifold.
I remember Weltall writing something about sidewinder manifolds having boost creep equal to half the rate of the spring used. So, if you were going for 27psi, and you had an 18psi spring, and allowed for half of that in boost creep: 18psi/2 = 9psi. 9psi + 18psi = 27psi.
Target Boost Level=TBL, Wastegate Spring=WSP
TBL=WSP+(WSP/2)

Much wiser people on the site running much higher boost than I am, write that boost creep with the sidewinders shouldn't be too much of an issue if you have a great tuner.

yeah ur tuner gotta be on point with the side winder

does anyone know if the Fabworks manifold is any good? and can hold that much power?

i heard of ppl on k20a making good power with it.. i think imma do that when i get my built motor
