hey, i was just wondering if anyone can explain something to me. I know what I want the car to do, I know what I want it to look like, however, from there, I don't really know the technical aspect of cars. My question is.....what exactly is a short shifter, and what does it do???? will it increase the performance of the car? any information would be great.....thanks

It just shortens the actual physical distance between your shifts......(you dont have to move the shifter as far) it shortens them. Hopefully I've made some sense...nothing performance....you can just shift slightly faster....peace
