I'm looking for either a coilover sleeve or a spring for my koni's.
Any suggestions?

Its for a daily driver, I don't do hard driving, but I do hit up canyon roads once in a while.
GMR is my local road in California.
I'm looking to lower it, maybe 1.5-2 inches. Maybe more not sure.
I was considering getting Ground Control sleeves, but I'm thinking the ride might be a bit too harsh for daily driving.

Whats your suggestions?

If you can, send specific models for each brand.
Thanks!

i think with ground controls you can special order any spring rate you want

Any other suggestions anyone?
What spring rates would be good to get?
Id probably like a 25-50 stiffer ride.

The HFP spring rates are ideal for a blend of daily driving & spirited sideroads, but I don't think honda ever released the spring rate info...

spoon progressive springs are pretty good

I say do a GC setup. This way you can fine tune the ride height to whatever youd like, and just order softer rates to keep it comfy. I would suggest stock Integra Type R rates which are 3k front 5k rear or if you want a little less body roll up front do the Spoon progressive spring rates which are 5k front 8k rear.

My current set up Koni yellows with Skunk2 coil sleeves.
If I do it again, I would do Koni Yellows with reg lowering springs or full coil overs.

So I'm getting a nice discount for some Skunk2 lowering springs.
Anyone know the benefits and disadvantages of these?

They drop about 2.5" F and 2.0"R
the springs are progressive
so in lbs its
123 Tender 260 Main FRONT
156 Tender 313 Main REAR

I don't know how to judge these.
Compared to stock, how will these ride?
Percentage wise how much stiffer?

Where did you find the spring rates posted? The only rates posted on their website are for their full coilovers, 12k f and 8k r, epic fail...
My car came with skunk2 springs, and the rides isnt bad except it bottoms out fairly easily, plus it handles like absolute crap cuz its so low.

Get GC coilovers, you already have koni's so your halfway there. that's what I'd get if I wasnt buying the a spec kit. Oh and if you want good handling, dont lower your car more than 3/4 inch or so.

Skunk2 is like 15 minutes away in Norco
so I got the spring rates from Jack @ skunk2.

He didn't know how to judge them since the rates are progressive.
He was helpful but said they're just as good, or better than their competitors within this class and price range for lowering springs.

bump.
So another noob question.
What else will I need when I drop my car?
I'm thinking a camber kit.
Will i need both front and rear? or just rear?
How crappy is the ebay kits?

Will I need anything else?
I would like for my car to drive nice, and basically not run into problems.

Best to get front and rear, try to purchase from some of the vendors on here before egay or look to see if anyone else may have something to buy from on here.

Can somebody link me to some camber kits?
I don't need anything too insane.
I tried google, but only the ebay kit and the skunk2 rear kit popped up.
I'm sure there's more out there, but my google isnt cutting it for me.
Can any tire place adjust toe and camber with an aftermarket camber kit?
Is it something I can adjust myself?

Is there anything else I need?
I would rather not be putting extra extra wear n' tear on my car, and be having to replace parts every month.

So i have the
koni's, springs, and front and back camber kit on my list
Any other parts?

I hear I will need to get my car alligned ASAP.
How soon exactly?
Won't I need to let my springs set?
How long will that take?
Should I get an allignment RIGHT when the install happens? and then also after the springs settle?
OR should I wait till after the suspension settles?

ingalls and spc makes rear camber kits. In the front you can get crash bolts or hotchkis camber plates. When you change suspension you can use a diy alightment to get it good enough to drive for a week for it to settle till you take it to a shop. You will get tons of toe out and extra camber all around when you drop it
