you know where the stick is and radio and all that good stuff, i was wondering, does anyone know if anyone makes a carbon fiber one of those? and how much would it be? or where could i go? and i've never removed that before, is it difficult at all?

right there, 106$

It's pretty easy to take out, just start by the shift knob and starting pulling shit out :)

or buy tht kit off eBay n it's already cut. price is at 93 or 96 bucks. up 2 u man. but more of the legit look is to do it yourself if u dnt mind doing the labor. lol

Another worthy option...might be slightly cheaper too.

Here's how it looks on an CTR...

Thought about doing this myself; but not sure how I'd deal with the center pocket and radio...short of painting them black.

Hi,my center console is laminated with real carbon.itīs a shitty work, but the result is amazing.
earlier i was having the decal set from honda with some printed carbonfibre optik and i found it terrible.

The center console is at least 19x13" but vendors sell it by sq/ft so you'd need to get a 24x24" piece.

Good call, was thinking of doing that but thought meh, it matches the door handles

you should use the extra to do the door handles, there is a thread on here somewhere where they wrapped the silver part on the handles in cf too. I did this and it matches the cf console perfectly

If you're in TO, Jspec carries it. Though, at $10 per sq/ft :(

For those who have the fabric in the door panel looking rather shaby, the fabric can be removed, the urethane foam backing block sanded smooth and then the 3m Cf wrap applied.

And 10$ per sq foot of coverage is very cheap, true Cf would be approx 75$ per sq/ft in a finished piece, though there are several places that have true Cf pieces similar to the HFP fakery that carries overlays for cheaper, though they do also look cheaper.

Yea saw that on Kijiji. I live out in Woodbridge though, so the trip there and extra cost per sq/ft isn't worth it. I'll just order from the ebay link you passed on.

I have the kit from Handa-accessories and it's not a bad quality item, my main two complaint are that it fades pretty bad after awhile from the sun and it tends to crack if not treated gently. It's fairly easy to install, I have never tried to take it off so idk how hard it is to remove. I was just about to post a thread about finding a company that makes a real CF kit for the center piece? Or would I have to make it myself from CF. I have looked at the 3M vinyl but would prefer to get real CF of possible. Thanks

you can probably find a million generic "how to install 3m carbon fiber" videos on youtube

edit: here's a decent video i found without some annoying jackass talking the whole time haha. it's kinda self explanatory really, just go pick up a heat gun from harbor freight and do work

It looks great dude. Is this what you bought http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/220774391890 ?

Just bought an EP3 and the center console is all scratched up. I wanna line it with the CF film. Did you follow any tutorial online or something you could show me, or did you just wing it?

A lot of times you can use a hair dryer if you don't have a heat gun readily available. I've used one in a pinch when installing vinyl before and it works well. For real heat I just covered the inlet a bit and it got plenty hot.
