if u get the neuspeed the install is easy as pie. The BCSS is a lot harder but I heard it's better though.

Try the search feature next time. It took me one extra tab and about 10 seconds to find this. LINK (http://www.ephatch.com/forum/showthread.php?44071-Help-with-installing-Buddy-club-short-shifter&highlight=short+shifter)

I have had both the Neuspeed and the BCss. Hands down the BCss is superior. The Neuspeed doesnt really shorten the throw all that much, but it does greatly reposition the throw pattern higher up.

I really like my BCSS. I also upgraded to aluminum shifter base bushings and also changed the (2) rubber bushings at the tranny with metal ones.
Throws are more right on and the feel is great. i waited like 3 years to get one and install it... and the minute I went for a test drive after install I thought to myself why i didn't do it earlier.

I love my BCSS, it was easy to install until I got to putting the clips back on.

really? for me that was the most easiest thing. It was the taking out that was a PITA.

Ya the rest was easy but for some reason the clips did not want to go back on.

BCSS all the way with aluminum shifter and tranny bushing. The feel is just so great! And get a nice weighed knob!

EDIT: I have made and posted a How To before the crash, gotta see if I can find it in my old computer...
