How to Install iPod Adapter to Stock Head Unit?

Hi everyone, I just bought a PA11-HON iPod adapter and now I need to install it. Does anyone have step-by-step instructions for removing the head unit, etc? I've hardly ever done anything like this before. I know Crutchfield has great install guides, but I bought this much cheaper somewhere else. D'oh! I have a 2002 Si. Any help?
