Oh boy welcome to my world.
I have dtc p1166 too

P1166 a/f sensor (sensor1) heater circuit malfunction
P1167 a/f sensor (sensor1) heater system malfunction
P0141 secondary Ho2 (sensor2) heater circuit malfunction

I would just reset the ecu if you havn't done anything to the car recently. Basically your o2 stuff just took a crap. Check your fuses as well. Under the dash and under the hood.

Would this just be cause I dont have a cat on my car? And would that cause your car to go into limp mode then, cause my car is actin goofy?

I'm not running a cat either. So I doubt it. Some people say that having too much flow over the sensors can mess them up. I don't buy it. I run my car at wot most of the time at the track. I only have the p1166 primary o2 heater circuit malfunction. I bought a brand new oem Honda sensor and it did NOT fix the issue. There is something else going on.

If your NOT running kpro it might or might not be an issue without a cat. But again I doubt it. If you have not fucked with the wiring then try to reset the ecu. Otherwise check the o2 plugs for a wire that may have gotten pulled accidentally from the connector plug.
