knocking sound from under my car, help plz

I am pretty sure it is from the flanges' connecting my dcrh to the midpipe. It is always knocking on the bottom of my car, especially when i turn the a/c on. I literally keep the a/c off and endure the heat to avoid the sound. I checked everything and tightened all the bolts but no luck. possible bad flex pipe? I am hoping that if i install some esmm's, that will fix the problem. any word from you guys?

Check the clearance of the header on the front sway bar. I remember hearing of clearance issues sometimes with some different race headers, especially if the car was lowered on springs.

is it more going up hills, bends?

the front sway bar has been removed for awhile now. i think that going up hill with make the sound, but it definitely knocks when i reverse and if im slowing down and still in gear.

do you have a CAI it might have broke by the front bumper connection, happened to mine
