obx race header on a k24?

hey guys im in the market for a race header and i was curious if anyone has tried this obx race header. i know there are different versions but i dont see that listed here. i need to make sure it fits a k24a1 so if anyone has any ideas if it would or know of anyone running this on a k24 please chime in. also if this will not work what header will? i want to stay ep3 specific being as thats what my exhaust is and i dont want to mod it or buy another mid pipe. thanks

I have that exact one but the DC5-S spec, it cost me about $20 to get it modded to fit my exhaust greddy evo TT exhaust (ep3 specific), find that one and go with that cause you'll definitely see nice gains with that.

I bought the same one as Passenger. the DC5-s.
It fits well on my k24a1. but does come close to the stock front sway bar.(04) and my double x bar.

I'm running stiffer mounts so I only get a mini vibration at low idle or when really tromping on it.

The mods I did were bending the heat shield abit, discarded the cat and made a new mid pipe, I kept the stock muffler and resonator.

It sounds great, still factoryish quiet. the only droning i get is around 1700-2200RPM.

I've ran almost 20,000 kms and haven't had any problems yet.

love em love em..! i bought them for 150 used from local ephatch in town and i love every bit of them..im runing stock k20a3 with avid mounts.. and when i was installing them i forgot to put my sway bar back on..so im runing no sway bar..lol... local crsx guys told me it was coo and it really is..but i puting it back on..they sound great when you get on it..but super stock when not runing..
thier great for the buck get them..i notice great gains..im about to drop in my k24a4 in..as soon as my new bearings come in..ill keep you posted..

best mod for the price. I think em2 front sway bar (that you can get from clubrsx or honda) clears it better. I have ESMM and get no vibrations, but thats with the k20a3 though.

Good question, I don't believe so though. From my understanding its just the civic ex/lx/dx from our year Si's, there shouldn't be any significant difference between years I don't imagine.

I know my mom's 05 EX sway is the 15.9 mm. I don't think DX models have a sway bar. But 05 is the for sure year.
