So i currently have rota torques.. 17x8 (dont know the offset) on 235/40s. its lowered on tein basic coils, not slammed, about a finger in the front and +2 in the back. Ive got my mind set on enkei rpf1 but am wanting them in bronze. I found a set that are 17x8 +45.. i want and aggressive stance but dont want to have to run to much camber. Anyone know how this will sit or should i go with something with alil more offset?

Also i do auto x now and then.. crest runs and alot of street racing.. Ive been researching for about a month and cant really get a good idea of what will work best. Any advice would help thanks.http://www.mediafire.com/imageview.php?quickkey=qwdi4t5mxym

here's a fitment thread we have. pages 7-8ish start talking about 17x8 and 17x9 fitments with pics.

+45 will work but will not sit flush. +35 would sit nice and flush but you will need to roll your rear fenders if you don't feel like raising your car.

RPf1s are nice wheels.
*Lightweight
*Classic/functional F1 inspired design
*Affordable
*Looks good

Everyone and their grandma is copping a set and i dont blame em. :)

you can rock this shirt with them...

now that the rpf1's are super popular, i'd move on to the PF01's... 17x7.5 +38...

back on topic, you might rub on the rear suspension with a 17x8 +45 and a 235...

there's not much room with 17x7.5 +45 and a 235.

im getting them because of the weight for sure.. it was them or the buddyclub qf, but for twice the price and only a 1 poundish weight dif the rpf1s seemed the best way to go. Besides im pretty much 1 of 4 ep3 in albuqerque so im not worried about running into somebody with the same set of rims.

I think ive decided on going with a +35, i just really wanted them in bronze or gold, ive only been able to find +35 in silver..... anyone know of a company that has what im looking for?

i thought of that but didnt want to pay the extra money for it.. but i may just have to dish out some cash for the look i want. Anyone know the pros and cons of a staggered set up? the look is starting to grow on me, it got an aggressive track look that im aiming for.

Thers only like 8 or 9 people with them. Thats not very many considering how many people are on this forum.

I see people everywhere with them all over the net and offline.. Im not saying its not a good rim, it definetly is its just I see it so often that the wheel has lost all appeal to me. Sort of like Glocks..everybodys got one and raves about it and it is a highly rated gun but Im still not gonna buy one.

this is just me and with you its your money so buy what suits you and that you really like. Id just hate to get rims that id be bored with in a few months.

my only hangup with a staggered set up is they're harder to sell.

unless you're doing something crazy or its your uber dream wheel, id just get the same all around.`

Well i hardly ever really see them in person and sometimes i do on the internet here and there, but i would say that 8 different types of volks have been bought or coppied almost 5x more than RPF1's.

PS. i also own a Glock lol
