Yes i did it with a couple of freinds. But you can do almost yourself. Its not hard now that i changed the shock myself when it blew. You will need a good impact gun or be really strong for those shock bolts.

How's the ride quality on these and is it alright for spirited driving on the twisties? I'm planning on ordering a set.

How low did u go? You must have slammed it down to the earth.... but I've been reading some vw and bmw forums and some of them needed to change out their end links. I'm not sure if it applies to the ep3 though...

thats just the spring twisting around. It's common with our style front suspension.

These coilovers REALLY throw off your front toe. Like.... Bad haha. I had over 5 degrees toe out after the install. Also in wondering what you guys did for spring compressors? Someone told me you don't need them to install these.. But I did. Well I used exhaust clamps.. Don't even make me explain it lol

thats weird? all you have to do is take out the old strut and put the coilover in

You need to remove the old top hats, therefore the springs had to be compressed to not kill me lol

Our stock suspension isn't under much stress/pressure, so it wouldn't really fly off. I just used a wrench + allen wrench to take mine apart.. and it probably shot up... half an inch?

I had nuespeed springs and they needed to be compressed
