Heres the dyno results with JRSC-Street and 310cc injectors....actually running a bit lean at the top end......I'm hopin once i get Kpro she'll be closer if not above 200 (with 4.4" pulley and 310 injectors)

Run 1 and 4 are 3rd gear pulls
Run 2 and 3 are 4th gear pulls

beautifully linear torque curves

Found a great dyno and kpro tuner is San Diego if anyone needs one lemme know

moderators...im not sure what section this should be in

Hmm so then my JRSC D16 isn't doing so bad... I had the motor slightly built and I just picked it up today from the 2nd rebuild and it made 179 hp and 137 tq on 5 lbs...

so how much gain is that?

CRX? that think prolly flies with 179 hp. EP3's are heavy compared to the older hatches. sucks i NEED kpro to tune but I'm hopin for 20+ more ponies.

Did they rebuild the motor? could prolly handle some more boost then =)

I never dyno'd before the blower but I'm guessin 35-40 hp

I don't want to jack your thread... Quick explanation. I have the 8 lb boost pulley on but since the head is so ported now we lose boost because of all the extra air flow. Its in a ej8 civic. I can't up the boost anymore on this supercharger because the blower would not be able to handle it and am not throwing any more money at this car.
I never dynoed it before the built motor and when it was on 8 lbs stock.
Good luck with yours. This time around we found it extremely helpful and a horse power gain to port out the s pipe of the supercharger and put on a larger throttle body and a custom intake pipe.

better airflow = less boost but more power....sounds like a nice setup. u mind if I ask how much the port job was?

Well free... There was an issue with the motor build last year and melted pistons this year because of it. So the compression had to be lowered and they were trying to make up for their mistakes and hp loss by doing extra stuff.

its already bitten me

Im really close to buying a 4" pulley off 04EP3Hatch and sendin off the ecu to hondata...if all goes well I should have kPro in a few weeks. I'll be happy at 220 hp or so...for now atleast

I have a hunch that you'll need more than 310cc injectors to hit your goals. I hit 211whp (Mustang dyno, so maybe 230ish on others?) with the 3.8" pulley plus supporting mods, and that pushed RC440s to the 75-80% duty cycle range; I think the guideline is to avoid going over 80% duty cycle? If you get Kpro and try to hit 200whp on 310s still, keep a sharp eye on your injectors' duty cycle before pushing the limits.

Yeah, most definitely. During the tuning process of my K24, I maxed out the injectors (stupid, I know) a few times. Haven't logged in a while, but I assume I'm still 90% or so by redline @ WOT

Hahaha i know man. I cant beleive the time has flown. 5 years and my car has been through almost 4 different setups lol. All we need is beechstreet up in here and we can have a JRSC-S reunion lol. I really love when people post about there JRSC-S, brings back memories; and there really isnt to many people on here now with the street version

Kpro, 4 incher, and 440's installed. Ghetto rigged a MAP bypass and all is well. 04EP3Hatch...thanks for the goods. I ended up using the gates pulley. There was some slippage issues but i cleaned the pulley and belt with acetone and then sprayed grip dressing on the belt....problem solved. The car effin rips now!!! totally satisfied with the setup. Boost only hits about 7.3 or so but I think thats just cus the cat is gone so its not building any backpressure. Tuning next week. right now working on gettin the o2 sensors up and running

I'm using a testpipe with 2.25 midpipe and stock exhaust. Testpipe with skunk2 70mm catback was INSANELY loud. Waiting for a high flow cat to arrive.
