Euro License plate on USDM bumper?

I have a custom europeon license plate and I just bought a new oem bumper from honda, got it painted and all that good stuff. I just really would like to know if there was a way to mount it without using double stick tape?? I wish i knew about the jdm one having a place specifically for it but the Honda dealership apparently never heard of it :( Any ideas?

If your any good with metal I'm sure you could fabricate a holder for it. Kind of like the OEM holder but longer to accomodate the new plate.

or you can buy a european plate holder. They are as long as the plate and either require the plate to be mounted to it using screws, tape or press fit in. They usually have a bunch of holes drilled in the back to mount it on any application. You could attach the holder to the factory plate frame and be set.
