Hood looks open

I've been trying to fix this since i got the car. My hood looks like its popped when its not. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix it.

easiest thing to do, where the latch attaches to the rad support, theres two bolts holding the striker in place. Loosen the bolts, pull the latch down, tighten them back up. My hood used to make a ton of noise/vibrate alot, did that, fits perfect.

I've tried the latch bolts and put them all the way down, im thinkin about making the makes the hole longer with my dremel

The lower rad support has been bent upwards, this happens very easily when jacking up the car by a neophyte mechanic.

You need to remove the rad support and rad and bend the lower support downwards(I simply stepped on mine)
