gauge cluster not working...

As I was fiddling with my tail light wiring on my ep cause my reverse light was not working, my gauges just went dead...everything on the gauge such as the needles and warning light just went out..not to mention my power steering went out also.
Could it be something to do with the ground wire?
Or maybe if I burnt out a fuse?
If so which one is it?

check fuses under the dash. This happened to me once. I forget which on it is but i think its on the bottom row. that'll fix it.
