Downshifted around corner and KNOCK

I recently downshifted to 2nd (too low iMO) around 20-25 MPH around a corner and heard a hard knock. Checked the CV boots, engine mounts, all seems well. I am not too concerned as it still drives and handles fine, just wondering if anybody have an idea of what the knock could have came from?

if you have a RH it was probably that banging up against the sway bar. it has happend to me a few times
