Keep EP3s don't come too often in the market =/ I saw more wrx than EP3s on sale this year when I was looking for a car. It's just sad seeing an EP3 walk away.

I know and i feel that im going to keep her, especially after looking over my reciepts and realizing i have spent over 2k on her in the past month and a half... ughh i just dont have the money for thiss stufff.. gonnna start selling other stuff i think

if your broke how would you get another car? It'll be cheaper to maintain the one you have rather than buy another car. if the ep is breaking the bank account, a type s wont help at all.

keep the ep and just save up some money to get it fixed. i'm in the same boat. just got inspected yesterday and the dude said i should look into some new tires and brakes soon.

Do you have any car friends that can do the brakes for you? Brake pads are decently cheap and unless your pads were metal on metal then you don't need rotors. As far as your tires rubbing, that has nothing to do with the state safety inspection. The tires themselves do, but unless VA has something specific then tires rubbing still pass. How bad are the front tires? You can always move them to the back and maybe they won't care as much.

Brakes are easy, tires can be worked around temporarily, and you shouldn't have set it up to rub in the first place. :mbiggrin:

I can do the brakes myself, i didnt expect my car to rub on tein springs.. haha and the tires are worn badddd on the inside

i sold my ep a few years back..worst mistake ever. i got lucky and got a new ep....got one that i wanted for a long time..one of a kind. finding an ep not molested is tough.
