o2 ep3 issues with gears

Was up guys. Alright here's the problem, i was driving the car so i was on 2nd gear i go to third no problems, but when i am on high rpms it idles on that gear i dont know ehy, it does it around 4-5xxx rpm and only on that gear. Any suggestions?

on third gear right, the car doesnt go any higher than 4xxx rpms, i dont know if the right word would be idling or what. Look am
spanish lol and i cant find the right word to describe what car does but it sounds like when u got ur car fully stopped and u hit the gas to until it goes to the limit. U guys got me? Like on the tracks right before they run, they usually do some burnouts and shit. Thats how it sounds when it hit the 4xxx rpm on third gear.

limp mode is on. do you have a cel on and what are your mods

I think it needed and oil change. It hasnt done it since i changed the oil.
