New to Ephatch. Got my EP about 6 weeks ago and love it. Have had 8 civics but this is my first new car.

So here's my question. I hate our brakes. Am planning on putting on something bigger like Wilwood's. Has anyone tried putting our stock rims over big rotors? Wilwood's site says that most 15s will fit. I want to keep the stock rims for the winter.

BTW. Our car is great in the snow. I have owned better but the EP is quite a bit heavier than the old civics. The factory tires suck in the snow. I have factory studded Vredestein Icetrac's on my EP for the winter. You would not believe how good they are in the snow. And the spikes sound menacing on pavement.

I guarentee you'll need at least 16's to clear 'em.

yeah, SpeedRacer has a wilwood kit. You need a 16 to fit 'em.
