Okay I have stripped my wheels and I'm in the process of sanding them but the finish on the inside of the spokes looks like crap. Its like a dull bumpy looking surface though i have sanded it from 400 to 600 to 800 to 2000 grit and it doesnt have that shiny smooth surface that the outside spokes and the lip have. These are Circuit 8s if that even matters? If anyone has any suggestions or has done this before please help..thanks

It looks as if it has a different surface than the lip and the outside of the spokes. It appears its like that from factory, I am just trying to find out if I can make the whole wheel have that smooth polished surface?

wet sanding with a 2000 grit will still leave it flat/matte/satin.
It will require a nice polishing.
Use a slightly abrasive rubbing compound.

Sadly the curcuits aren't exactly the ideal wheels to get a buffer in..
You can use a dremel with polishing bits
Or you can use an abrasive rubbing compound by hand
I'd seen it done, and came out nice
But took ALOT of time and effort
After use a nice wax, it will have bring out the polish look

if youre not careful with the dremel you can damage the wheel

i dont have the link atm but i got a link from wheel-whores (at least i think i got it there) that had a great guide for refinishing/polishing wheels
