Is the 05-06 Type-S Midpipe what I need?

Quick one ...

K20A Type R header, Type R Catalytic converter , and OEM EP3 Axleback ...

Is the 05-06 RSX Type-S mid pipe what I need to eliminate the bottleneck and have a continuous OEM 2.25" exhaust path ? Will any modification to the midpipe be required to fit it all together?

the midpipe will bolt right up with no peoblems. I dont know what the exact size is but i think it is 2.25"

the outer diameter is 2.25, but inner diameter is around 2.1. I measured mine when I 1st got it.
