Recaro in Si?

Who makes the seats in the Si? Are they Recaro or is the Recaro story just a myth?

Contacted Recaro and no reply as of yet. Honda UK Manufacturing stated that the seats were not Recaro.

my opinion is that recaro designed the seats, and momo designed the steering wheel. Honda doesn't have the license in the states to use their names, so they came to the US the way they are. If you compare the JDM type-r seats to the US seats, they're the same except for embroidery (minus the special model red recaro's i've seen in few pics with the 4 point harness hole). Also, if you compare the steering wheel to the US one, there are no differences except for the momo indentation and the red badge.
