CMC Issues?

Hello, I believe I have an CMC issue where my clutch feel is squeaky and very resistant, would I need to adjust (how?) or get a new CMC (Omni?). I know how to drive a manual and its getting harder and harder to drive this car smoothly, I bought it used so I am unsure if its an aftermarket clutch or not.

Update:

I found on evo forums that they adjust the CMC pushrod/clutch by loosening a nut on the clutch pedal and tightening the rod, has anybody tried this?

if your cmc goes, your pedal wont get stiff, it will feel very soft like its doing nothing unless you pump it up...or atleast thats what ive had happen on other car...if you are having trouble getting the car into gears then i would suspect your clutch disk puked a spring out

SmoothEPs - I have the same problem. I actually had the clutch replaced last year and it helped a bit. But the pedal is still rather stiff...to the point where it hurts my knee a bit. Did you ever find a solution? Thx
