strutking pedals, what to do about hardwear?

One thing I don't know why they did it, but Strutking pedals hardwear isn't stainless. My hardwear is starting to rust a bit, so I'm curious about what to do for the hardwear. I was thinking of maybe doing what the Mugen pedals do, and throw some rivets in. Or maybe go track down some tiny stainless countersunk bolts? Any one have an idea of what to do to prevent the rust from coming through??

either find some stainless hardware or have them powder coated.i haven't had rust issues but i'm probably getting my s/k pedals powder coated with stainless hardware. your best bet may be a place that does marine hardware.
