How to's?

There are no How to's on spring installs? I am planning on buying some Nuspeed Race springs next week.

Anyone have any tips on installing them? I hear that it is a pain in the ass from some of you. What tools will I need?

Also do 2001+ Civic springs fit the SI?

I dont remember any how to s for the springs but there might be some pics. Cleanblacksi has done his own i think and the 2002 civic springs are different, i remeber hondaman tried that. they dont fit our cars
