well guys its time to ditch my 16's and move on up. i want to get steel gray 17x8 +35 Rota Boost's. But what do i need to do to run that offset? a little negative camber, some fender rolling? anyone have any pics of wheels on ep's with that size and offset? also what would be a good size tire? 225/40?

i have 17x8 +35 with 225/45/17, the fronts fits fine with room to spare, the rears is where you have to worry about, rear fenders need to be rolled. im at -1 camber in the rear but that's with me being only 1"-1.5" lowered.

Not too many 225/40 tire choices.

roll rear fenders, rear camber -1 or -1.5, tire size 225/45/17. thats is.

put a 5mm spacer up front, get a stagger look.

I repeat my previous comment from another thread

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Camber is a tool for adjusting handling. It is NOT for making oversized wheel and tire packages fit. If you need to fit a larger wheel and tire package then roll the fenders.

ahh see here is the thing. Im at a +42 with a 225 45 16 right now with 0.0 degrees camber, yup, straight up and down lol the max we are allowed to go and still be in the green is -1.6 degree's out back, so i will set it at 1.4 or so. as for tires, im going with 215/45/17's. So many more options and such cheaper prices. and i know that camber is not for this sort of thing, i am not straying into that horrible, hideous eurotrash type of shit. my alignment will still be all green, just a little more negative camber will be stressed out back.

215 on an 8" rim? Is it going to be stretched a lot? Only asking because I'm running a 215 on my 7" wheel.

Sorry, missed this earlier.

You are right that you can add some negative camper and still be "In the Green" as far as alignment settings go, but just remember that Honda spec'd the alignment settings to produce an understeering pig. And that is what the car does with stock suspenion settings.
