When should I switch to Synthetic Oil?

Hey guys I just recently bought my EP at 64,9xx miles? should I just do a regular 5w-20 oil change see if there are any leaks before I switch to Mobil 1 Fully Synthetic Oil or should I go straight to Fully Synthetic oil? Oil filter will be the Honda OEM Oil filter (Blue).

I dont know about that, 5w20 is probably the dumbest thing about our motors besides those screws on the iacv. Try the 5w30 synthetic from mobil 1, i bet youll love it.
