Not saying no, but I doubt it as the keys that where all new for Civic's as of the '02 calendar year got the imobilizer key, they prob won't change it for a few years to come.

Well I have a 2002 but...

-the 2003 did get a new laser cut key of some sort. My question. Does the new key have the remote built into it? When I was at the Honda dealership picking up my 2002. I saw a large Honda key that had buttons on it on my sales guys desk....it looked rather goofy.

Other changes that the Honda site mentions....

-remote hatch release. (seems kind of redundant as the remote and the master door lock control both unlock it.)

-Green tinted heat rejecting glass

-door/hatch open light. (I think 2002 has just for the hatch)

-It mentions that the 2003 has Amber illumination. Is that what Honda is calling the red/orange lighting in our car? Or did thay really change it to Amber for the 2003?

nope, only fuel, i like it like that, so they cant jack the stuff in the hatch easily

actually, I wouldn't mind having a hatch release next to the fuel release.

the 03 si's do have a different key, the have the laser cut 'dual sided' keys...meaning there are indentions cut in the key, but there is a center ridge running down the middle, so its cut on both sides. sorry if thats really confusing. the new 03 accords have the keyless entry built into the key itself. no other honda has that feature. every honda key is the newer laser cut style except for the 03 s2000...it is still a traditional cut key. dunno why. on a side note, the key and the vivid blue are the ONLY changes made for 03.
