Thank you all! Traded-in my EP last weekend.

I traded in my EP3 over the weekend for an Evo X...

I get a weird emotional attachment to my cars generally, so when i was removing all my personal stuff from my EP to the new car, i nearly cried. Lol.

Well, I'm ok now, but I will miss the EP forever. Ephatch is definitely the best forum I've ever signed up on the aspect of community togetherness/helpfulness and minimal douchebaggery and e-thugging.

Just want to say all my thanks for everyone that has helped me with doing my swap with the EP, and answering my PMs. I can almost always expect an answer when i PM'ed someone active here.

Nobody I know that has an EVO X likes it for very long, its like the EVO X is like a porn star, youve always wanted her..and when you get her you find out you want nothing to do with her when you find out her real self.. BUT>>. I love EVO's over a Subaru any day..everybody has a Subaru where I am and its boring now.

maybe, but i've always been a long time subaru fan since my childhood, have that "555" blue rally GC that McRae drives ingrained in my head.

I had an STI from 2005 ~ 2008, sold it to pay off loans. During that time i got an EP3, and have been driving it until last week. Been wanting to go back to AWD.

So i was going to buy another STI... BUT, i test drove both the Evo X and GR STI back to back... had to go with the Evo. Something fresh and new for me and i just simply can't resist its chassis feel. It feels way different than the STI.

I think I'll like this car for quite a long time.
