(coolant) Reserve Tank leak

Well yesterday I was looking at my motor and found a slight leak,very small leak that is on my reverse tank where the tank and (tube) meet. The coolant that leaked is a very small amount and dry, and doesn't seem to have leaked anymore. I haven't had it flushed or anything since i bought my car in September 2004. Are these small leaks normal? Also the car is about 5 yrs old now ( 38xxx miles) and would you guys recommend new coolant by now? I'm getting paranoid


p.s. coolant level is between min-max
