RIght now on my ep3 i have 17in +42 offset sf challenge rims on 225/45/17s.

TEin S-techs on Tokico d specs

how much lower can i go w/o rubbing? i was thinking of getting coilover sleeves or the tanabe springs .

and would a need a camber kit if i go lower say about 2-2.5 in? i think right now ima about 1.5/1.4 with the s techs

camber kit yes
how much lower? measure your fender clearance and add.. not trying to be a douche. it's just happens to be the fastest, most accurate way to get an answer to that since you're already lowered and not rubbing.
