This is probably useless now but I've had to replace mine, so this is how i did it.

1. Remove front bumper.
2. Remove passenger side headlight.
3. Take the black tube out from the coolant tank.
4. Pull up and wiggle it out between the pulley and rad support.

When reinstalling, make sure the tabs on the take line up with the slits on the frame of the car. This is how it's held on. No screws or bolts, just a slot type mounting place.

the overflow tank is retained by a tab on the rad support that the tank has a matching slot in it to slide over.

Possible to do a repair on it with maybe an epoxy of some kind? if not i'll just spend the $ on a coolant bottle, their like $30 I think.

Tried getting one from locals parting out, no such luck :[

Buddy gets discount on anything honda has to offer for the bodyshop he works at...I may have to hit him up.

You could try a silicone RTV sealer, but a urethane adhesive like windoweld may be better. Remove the bottle, clean it, wash it, clean it again, scuf up the plastic around the hole and apply the coating of choice and let it sit at LEAST 24 hours before reinstalling.

I used "Mighty Putty" on my old tank just because. It's very solid when it's cured. But I prob won't use it because i think that stuff would contaminate with thecoolant. I'm gonna try and use a patch to cover the hole.
