Considering buying an ep3

Hi, I'm currently looking at an 04 ep3 with 56k miles. It's decently clean and the carfax is clean, single owner. They have all maintenance records. Anything I need to look out for?

Nice car with good mileage, get it. I just recently bought mine 02 white EP3 last week with 115k miles. It's not perfect with the paint because some chips in the front and rear bumpers, but I love it.
