sooner or later they will become more rare, so will the parts

Being a house owner is highly overrated homie. The EP is paid for. No one can take that from you. If you lose your job cause of our shitty economy, or the housing market takes a shit again, youll be stuck paying for something you will effectively NEVER own or be able to get rid of.

Been there done that bro. Spent 27 years getting it all, lost it all in divorce... and been spending the last 10 years getting it all back. Ill never buy another house, unless im a bachelor and its in Italy... with its own olive grove.

if i were you i would love to keep the EP. but realistically, if you're confident in your job security, BUY BUY BUY. from what i understand, a lot of people are saying that the economy and the markets will/are dipping again. so if you wait a few months, the prices might drop even lower.
