no, all k-series motors have the same valve covers, some just have a little different coil covers, but all the vc's are the same.

There is the different logo on the VC as well.

variants of the k20 and k24 valve covers are structurally the same. IIRC the only difference i believe is the stock honda ones will say 'HONDA' and stock acura ones will say 'Honda Motor Co., Ltd'.
