How many different setups have you had on you ep3..

Ive had my ep since 05 and its been through alot. From bone stock, to turbo a3, to fully built and now all motor. Just wondering how many of you have put you ep through alot of changes.. Please post pics if you got them.


Turbo a3: custom kit, t3/t4 60trim, made 265whp and 220tq on 10psi

Erl fully built a3 block, type s head with brian crower springs and 1 over valves, peakboost kit, gt3076r, made 400whp and 280tq on 10psi (due to lack of tuners in my area all these projects went to shit)

Thanks for the positive comments.. Anyone else out there willing to share their ep3s multiple personalities.. even if its just cosmetic? I know some of you have had more than one setup....

went from a k20a3 with stage 3 cams tuned at 197hp and 141 tq, had it for about 5 months before the motor blew due to a bad tuner

2nd setup added JRSC -S on power card
3rd setup did the race kit with BCRH 224whp 173 ft tq

superchargedk20 besides the obvious power the turbo made over the supercharger which one did you like better? Ive thought of supercharging my k20a but just dont know if i want to do forced induction again.

I love the turbo way more (as u can tell from my quote under my username lol). To me the supercharger was such a waste of money. The money spend compared to the gains just wasnt worth it and also the lack of tq is another reason. Plus i love the sound of my HKS BOV over the whining sound of a supercharger. Also the bling factor of havin a Front mount on my civic. My car is also alot quieter now which i love as well. Comparing the 2 I just dont see any reason why the JRSC is better than a turbo setup

1st setup: intake/exhaust lol 16.1 @ 88
2nd: added race header, Kpro, Xenocron tune - 14.70 @95 11 times in a row
3rd: added Kiddracing header, JRSC-R, 3.8 - 241.3whp @ 7.8psi
4th: addING kpro activated methanol kit, 3" exhaust, k24 crank pulley. All are done, just waiting on a tune and numbers

Yeah turbo was pretty nice.. i just had so many problem with no tuners in my area, blowing turbos and some kind or tranny issue.. which i still dont know what was wrong. And by the time i reached the far more superior peakboost kit.. i drove all the way to denver only to have the tuner blow my head gasket. Shame cause i only had the peakboost set up for 6k miles.
