Does the HFP hatch spoiler fit year 2003 model ep3's?

I've heard both ways from reputable sources that the HFP hatch spoiler does fit year 2003 Si's, but some also say that it won't fit. I'm really interested in getting the wing, I'm just confused as to whether or not it'll fit?

all dimensions for the sake of exterior modifications are universal for all years of ep3's. the reason you'll get multiple versions of the story is that the hfp kit was added to the mix when they made small changes for 04-05 model years. still, 02-03 ep3's are perfectly capable of being fitted with any 04-05 piece (though don't go expecting headlights to be plug and play).

it fits all years same with the hfp lip kit , hfp sideskirts and the oem side.
