Need HID Help Fast

So i finaly got time to install my HID's on my 02 ep3 and i got my 3gen HID's from Xenion and he said in the pm that 9006 will just be plug and play for my car so finally i got time to take my car to a shop to get them put in and then they told me to come out to there shop and look and nothing is plug and play my stock plug like a line looking and the plug on the HID kit i got is like + so i mean WTF did i get a wrong kit or what need help quick plx

never mind o got it mix'd up my headlight plug is a + looking plug that goes to my normal bulb and the plug on the HID's is -- str8t across like that so i guess i got the wrong kit or what?

What kit did you get? Planning to get one for my 02 too, maybe 8000k.

i got the 9006bulbs and 10000k color and i pm'd and call'd them and no responce

Sounds to me like you ordered the wrong kit. I pm'd them a few times with questions about what i would need for my 03 and they were very helpful and responses were usually within 24-48 hrs. the bulb application guide on their website says you shouldve ordered the 9003 kit. not the 9006

Your 2002 EP3 will need a 9006 kit, assuming you still have your OEM headlamps? As far as color, I can recommend a kit based on what color you prefer (white, blue, light blue, etc). Getting the kit is all you will need to install the kit, and if you have problems we can provide support via phone or e-mail. We also have instructions on our website with photos. With those resources, you shouldn't have any problems installing our kit.

You were suppose to get the H4 bulbs which are 9003 not 9006. I think 9006 is for the 04-05s but Im not sure since I dont own one.

They sent you the wrong kit 02-03 eps use a h4 bulb which is a dual element bulb the kit they sent you is for an 04-05 ep which has a separate bulb for high and low beams the h4 bulb there are 2 different kinds one with just low beam so you would end up losing your high beams or a h4 kit with the hi and low beams in one bulb the dual hid kit usually cost more you should see if they can give you the dual hi low kit for the same price as the kit you paid for since the told you the wrong bulbs

yea that is what the guy said to me when i went to get them install'd but i didnt know if he knew what he was talking about but i guess it looks like he did thanks for the help guys waiting on Xen now..........
